Horn Book Review

On a family vacation out West, Henry and his dog Mudge have fun chasing tumbleweeds, hiking, taking car rides in the canyon, and buying souvenirs (Mudge finds beef jerky especially tantalizing). The simple, easy-to-read text lacks suspense, but fans of the duo will enjoy the trip. The Sucie Stevenson-style illustrations nicely complement the story. (c) Copyright 2010.
