Horn Book Review

Divided into seven geographic regions (the poles are confusingly grouped together), this book aims to introduce readers to native species. Each section features eleven animals and includes a detailed collage scene, in which the animals are skillfully hidden. The delicate cut-paper illustrations throughout are impressive; lack of a world map is unfortunate. (c) Copyright 2019. The Horn Book, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
