Horn Book Review

Two little orphan dogs are adopted, but their invisible brother, naturally, gets left behind. Gag's genius here is to make the invisible dog the most interesting character in the book. A jackdaw tells him how to get from Nothingness to Somethingness, and we watch as each day goes by and another doggy bit appears until he's completely visible and reunited with his brothers as Something-after-all.
