Horn Book Review

With Peter Pan away from Neverland, the Lost Boys hunger for adventure. They find themselves sucked into the mystery of the Goat Taker, battling Captain Hook. The dialogue can be awkward ("So because of the bats, these hunters didn't go into the cave to catch whatever took the goat?"), and the plot is slow. Muddy black-and-white illustrations accompany the text. (c) Copyright 2010. The Horn Book, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc. No redistribution permitted. All rights reserved.
